At LoyaltyLove, each product is custom made to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or misprinted.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
Incorrect size, color, or design chosen by the customer.
Change of mind or personal preference.
Items that have been worn, washed, or otherwise used.
Please double-check your order details, including size and design, before completing your purchase.
Exceptions for Faulty Products
We are committed to ensuring product quality. If you receive a product that is defective, misprinted, or damaged, we will gladly replace the item with an identical one.
Eligible issues for replacement include:
Damage: The product arrives damaged due to manufacturing or shipping.
Misprint: The product contains printing errors (e.g., incorrect design or placement).
Faulty Item: The item is defective or not as described (e.g., stitching errors, material flaws).
How to Request a Replacement for Faulty Products
If your item falls under one of the eligible categories, please follow the steps below to request a replacement:

-Attach photos of the defective, damaged, or misprinted product.
Review Process: Once we receive your email and photos, we will review your request.
If your claim is approved, we will process a replacement order at no additional cost.
Replacement Only: Please note that we do not offer refunds. Faulty items are replaced with the same product only.
Timeframes
Claims for faulty products must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order.
If your claim is approved, we aim to ship your replacement within 10 business days after the review.
